Important: Selah provides a private team workspace. These rules help us respond to copyright complaints; they do not replace legal advice or eliminate every legal responsibility.
When you upload a song sheet, image, annotation, or other content (“User Content”), you represent that you own it or have all permissions needed to share and store it with your worship team. You remain responsible for your User Content and for obtaining any required licenses, permissions, or consents.
You grant Selah a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce as technically necessary, and display your User Content to the team members and invited collaborators you select, only to operate and improve the Selah service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups or content that must be retained by law.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, malware, or that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not use Selah to distribute pirated songbooks or recordings or to bypass a publisher’s access controls.
We may refuse, restrict, or remove content and may suspend accounts when we reasonably believe these rules or applicable law have been violated. We may also preserve or disclose information when legally required.
If credible copyright enforcement events show a repeated pattern of infringement, we may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account. An administrator reviews the report quality, withdrawals, duplicates, and the uploader's response rather than applying an automatic strike counter.
Send a report to roalex1995@gmail.com with the work at issue, the Selah link or team where it appears, your contact information, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized. We may forward the report to the uploader, request more information, and remove or disable access while we investigate. A reporter may withdraw a report; an uploader may send a good-faith counter-notice with evidence of permission. We do not promise a particular outcome or response time.
악보, 이미지, 주석 및 기타 콘텐츠(“사용자 콘텐츠”)를 업로드할 때에는 해당 콘텐츠를 직접 소유하거나 찬양팀과 공유·보관하는 데 필요한 모든 허가를 받았음을 확인해야 합니다. 사용자 콘텐츠와 필요한 저작권·사용 허가·동의는 업로드한 사용자의 책임입니다.
사용자는 Selah가 서비스를 운영하고 개선하기 위해 사용자 콘텐츠를 호스팅·저장하고, 기술적으로 필요한 범위에서 복제하며, 사용자가 선택한 팀원과 초대한 협력자에게 표시할 수 있도록 제한적이고 비독점적이며 전 세계적이고 로열티가 없는 라이선스를 부여합니다. 콘텐츠나 계정을 삭제하면 이 라이선스는 종료되지만 백업 또는 법률상 보관이 필요한 자료에는 예외가 적용될 수 있습니다.
불법·명예훼손·협박·혐오·음란·악성코드 또는 저작권·상표권·개인정보·초상권 등 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드하지 마세요. 불법 복제 악보·음원을 배포하거나 출판사의 접근 제한을 우회하는 용도로 Selah를 사용하지 마세요.
이용약관이나 법률 위반이 합리적으로 의심되는 경우 Selah는 콘텐츠를 거부·제한·삭제하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다. 법적으로 요구되는 경우 정보를 보존하거나 공개할 수 있습니다.
신뢰할 수 있는 저작권 조치가 반복되는 경우 경고, 이용 제한, 일시 정지 또는 계정 종료를 할 수 있습니다. 신고의 유효성, 철회·중복 여부와 사용자의 답변을 관리자가 검토하며 자동 누적 점수만으로 결정하지 않습니다.
roalex1995@gmail.com으로 문제가 되는 저작물, Selah 내 링크 또는 팀, 연락처, 무단 사용이라고 믿는다는 내용을 보내 주세요. 신고 내용을 업로더에게 전달하거나 추가 자료를 요청하고, 조사 중 콘텐츠를 삭제 또는 접근 제한할 수 있습니다. 신고자는 신고를 철회할 수 있으며, 업로더는 허가를 입증하는 자료와 함께 선의의 이의제기를 제출할 수 있습니다. 특정 결과나 처리 시간을 보장하지 않습니다.
